This blog is an offshoot of the “Tech Things” series that I recently started in my personal blog.

Here I’ll write the “How to” of some things I needed to do in my cellphone, PC(with OS Windows XP), mini-laptop(the Asus EEE with OS Linux/modified Xandros), or other gadgets, most of which I’ve had a hard time remembering or took me quite a while to figure out.

I originally intended to just continue writing the series in my personal site, but realized that a separate blog would be a better venue for this to share.

I also figured that most of what I’ll discuss are \text{\LaTeX}-related concerns, thus the title.
